Landscape Management
Mowing services are provided seasonally from April-November/December. All turf areas will be cut and all edges will be trimmed that are not accessible by mower. Clippings will be bagged and disposed of off-site. Walkways, decks, landings and parking areas will be blown clean of any debris.
Fertilization Programs: Fine Landscaping offers an Original Program and an Organic Program. Each program has 7 applications per season that include crabgrass control, weed control, insect control and fertilizers as well as lime.
Spring Clean Up
- Removal of all leaves and debris from lawn and bed areas
- Dethatching of all turf areas as needed
Fall Clean Up
- Removal of all leaves and debris from lawn and bed areas
Lawn Fertilization Programs
Tree & Shrub Fertilization Program
Horticultural Oil, Time Release Fertilization Treatment and Deep Root Fertilization are applied (3 applications per season).
Mosquito + Tick Control
We have been providing Mosquito Control and Tick Control services for the past ten years. This service has become one of our most popular services! We all know that during the summer those annoying and dangerous mosquitoes can really dampen an outdoor barbeque. When you sign on to receive the mosquito control, a qualified technician will come out to spray your property.
